Getting started with Columbus Karma Thegsum Chöling
Columbus Karma Thegsum Chöling loves to welcome new visitors – it’s an important part of our broader mission to be an open and harmonious place for people to make contact with the Dharma.
These classes are offered in-person and virtually.
Read below about what to expect when you visit our classes and programs.
You may also join this class virtually.
If you’re not free on Sundays, you can call the KTC at (614) 228-6546 to schedule your Introduction to Meditation Class on another day.
Join us for tea, coffee and snacks at the conclusion of our Open Public Sitting Meditation period and Introduction to Meditation Class.
If you are attending these programs in-person, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for sitting cross-legged on cushions works best. Short-shorts, short skirts and tank tops are discouraged.
Note: We also have chairs for sitting, so feel free to use them during your visit.
To keep everyone safe, Columbus KTC asks that all members, friends and visitors wear a mask while inside the building. During teatime in our Community Room, when tea, coffee and snacks are served, masks may be removed while drinking and eating.
