Our meditation seat is where we learn mindfulness, a valuable skill for bringing more peace and meaning to our lives. But when we get up from our seat, how do we take the practice “on the road” with us in our daily lives? We will practice sitting and walking meditation, and create strategies for living every day to the fullest. Practitioners of all levels are invited to attend.
Free for members; $10 donation for non-members
There will be a one-hour lunch break in the middle of the program; please bring a sack lunch.
