The goal of this workshop is to introduce the practitioner to the Medicine Buddha Sadhana (practice). Discussion will include aspiration/dedication, visualization, mantra pronunciation, using a mala (prayer beads). The benefits of this practice include physical and mental healing for others and oneself including, developing sensitivity to others’ suffering.
Refuge preferred but not necessary. Intention to have Refuge in future.
